*Carers of visitors with disabilities go free. Children aged 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. An adult qualifies as anyone aged 16 years and over.
*Maximum booking of 6 tickets per transaction. This is to allow social distancing during your visit.
Groups of 10 or more
We offer discounts for parties of 10 or more - whether you’re a tour group or a school trip. These bookings must be made over the phone and confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.
Group bookings will possibly be available to book from next year onwards, depending on Coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions. Please get in touch for more details.

Yes, we are happy to rearrange your booking. Bookings must be rearranged at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. For that reason we request you contact us as soon as possible. If you have contacted us at least 24 hours in advance and there are no suitable time slots available, we will give you a full refund.
If one person in your group is unable to visit, please let us know as soon as possible. If you know in advance please call us to discuss. If on arrival, please let the team at our admissions desk know at the start of your visit, so we can arrange a refund on that ticket.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot visit. We understand that this may be outwith your control. You will first be offered the chance to rearrange your visit to an alternative date and time. If a suitable alternative is not available, a refund may be issued. Call or email us with your reason for not visiting, with proof of purchase to discuss.
Please contact us to discuss as soon as possible. In most circumstances we need to know 24 hours in advance if you are unable to visit at the time on your booking in order to either give you a new time slot or a refund. Any other outcome is at our absolute discretion.
We request that you make every effort to arrive on time. To allow for social distancing there is a one-way route and reduced capacity with a short gap between each person or group entering. If you arrive late, where possible we will admit you. If there are no spaces available we will try to admit you later in the day. However this is not guaranteed as on some days we are fully booked.
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Please phone or email, providing proof of purchase, as soon as you know you need to cancel.
Camera Obscura retains absolute discretion as to whether refunds will be given if less than 24 hours notice is given.

Our offer of a Money Back Guarantee only applies to those visitors who are not fully satisfied with the quality of their visit on the day.
